I wrote this post as an idea from a fellow instagramer. I thought it was great so here's part 2! If you want to read part 1 Complete List of Essential Toddler Products (part I)

I may receive a commission if you purchase something mentioned in this post. See more details here

Electronic Toys

Tablets

We have an Amazon Fire for "C" she loves the Free Time that is on it. She watches shows, plays games, and "reads" books. It is a life saver when we are out to eat and she is waiting for her food. All-New Fire HD 8 Kids Edition Tablet 36+ mos

Table

I got her this table for Christmas when she was 1 years old. She spent hours play with all the little parts to it. I also loved that there were multiple stages for it. Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Around The Town Learning Table

Batteries Required

Another toy that was gotten for her 1-year-old Christmas was this ball by V-tech. It encouraged her to crawl and move around. Something I like to look for in a gift, which I mentioned in part 1. VTech Light and Move Learning Ball

Learning Toys

Games

For her first Christmas, my aunt got her this fishbowl game that scatters all of the shapes. She giggled endlessly as the pieces would go everywhere. Little Tikes DiscoverSounds Shape, Sort and Scatter

This past Christmas when she was 3 we got her this game. She loved it so much she had to take it to friends to play, who then had to buy it as well.  The Sneaky, Snacky Squirrel Game 36+ mos

Shape Sorter

My daughter loves this barn sorter, she still plays with it. She just prefers to imprison her action figures in there as a plot to her imaginative play. So we have gotten quite a bit of use out of it! Bright Starts Barnyard Fun Shape Sorter

Music & Sounds

CD's

There are a couple different albums we have in our car. My favorite is The Merry Goes 'Round by Jewel.

Music makers

My brother and sister in law got us this for "C", she liked to beat on anything with the mallet. Toddler Glockenspiel
My in laws got this for "C" for Christmas as well. We decided to keep it at their house for her to play with. Melissa & Doug Band-in-a-Box Clap! Clang! Tap! - 10-Piece Musical Instrument Set 36+ mos

Outdoor Toys

Bubbles!

I am a big fan of bubbles because they are fun for everyone. The person blowing the bubbles and the person running and catching them. They also encourage outdoor play. Here is a couple of our favorites. Fisher Price Bubble Mower 24+ mos

As well as these big bubble wands. Bubble Wand Party Pack (6-Pack) 36+ mos
Or this Bubble Gun 36+ mos

Ride ons

This cute push, pull, ride is great for early walkers and you can put all your toys in it! Radio Flyer 3-in-1 Walker Wagon, Pink 18+ mos
We also have this car that you can push, it's wonderful for little walks around town. We also used them to transport kiddos in the pediatric ward I did clinicals at. Step2 Push Around Buggy Anniversary Edition Pink 19+ mos

Tricycle

We got this tricycle for "C's" third birthday. She loves it so much, especially because Grammy put Paw Patrol decals on it to make it an Everest bike. Schwinn S6771 Easy Steer Trike, Teal, 2 Modes Of Child Or Parent Control

Chair

We have this on our front porch with adult chairs, when we go to the beach it is super helpful to have a place just for her. Redmon For Kids Kids Folding Camp Chair, Hot Pink

Playset

We have this lovely slide that we have had since "C" was 2 years old. She loves it and used to spin the wheel and I would sing "a pirates life for me" she laughed and laughed. Step2 Naturally Playful Woodland Climber - Kids Durable Plastic Slides and Climbers, Multicolor 24+ mos

Swingset

This is a swingset we got with our house when we moved in, she loves the slide and you can change out the swing for an infant one if you would like. Step2 Naturally Playful Playhouse Climber & Swing Set Extension 36+ mos

Potty

If you are in the potty training phase, we used a sticker chart to encourage our little one to go.

This is the potty we use at home, it's small enough for her and easy to move around if you need to. Fisher Price Ladybug Potty
This is what we keep in the car for when we are out. We just find it easier to use. Paw Patrol Skye & Everest Soft Potty Seat with Toilet Tank Potty Hook
I highly recommend these wipes, they are so easy to use for little one's and are flushable. Kandoo Flushable Cleansing Wipes they also have awesome Foam Soap that is fun to wash with.

Pretend Play

Kitchen

First, you have to have the pretend kitchen. We have ours in our kitchen so "C" can pretend to make food while we make dinner. Step2 LifeStyle Custom Kitchen Playset 24+ mos
Second, you need pots and pans to cook in, we got these Melissa & Doug Pots and Pans Set for Christmas one year. I love that they came with a holder. 36+ mos
Finally, you, of course, need food. We keep ours in a little Rubbermaid container so we don't lose all the little pieces. Liberty Imports 120 Piece Deluxe Pretend Play Food Assortment Set 36+ mos

Cleaning

We have a Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Learning Vacuum Cleaner she still uses while I am cleaning.

Stuffed Animals

"C" isn't a super big fan of stuffed animals. She has Bunny (that's her name) which we got for free at yard sale for free. Made it super difficult when she lost it and I had to find a replacement. Turns out she was just taking a shower (in the oven of the play kitchen 😂 ) . The other animal that she has dragged around with her the most is this Ty Beanie Baby- Charming Pink Unicorn.

That's all I can think of at the moment, let me know if there is some other essential that I am forgetting about, in the comments below.
